Join us for a hands-on introduction to Oaxacan staples with chef Leah Guadagnoli of Fancy Feast Supper Club. After spending the winter taking cooking classes with locals across this diverse and beautiful region of Mexico, Leah is eager to share what she learned here in the Hudson Valley. From mole with freshly roasted chiles to warm tortillas, flavorful, complex salsas, and tamales filled with quelites (edible wild herbs), we will explore what this cultural exchange has to offer and the memorable stories Leah brought home.
There will be much to learn and share in this class, so please note it will run an hour longer than most of our classes.
This hands-on class (and lunch) is limited to ten people.
