About the event
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a hands-on workshop that brings together nature, craft, and baking, led by Troutbeck's Pastry Chef Emma.
In this seasonal class, guests will begin by foraging a curated selection of edible flowers, learning how to identify, harvest, and handle them with care. Back inside, you’ll press your blooms and learn the technique for laminating them onto delicate, buttery shortbread cookies. The result is a collection of beautifully detailed cookies — each one a small, edible work of art.
This experience is designed to be both relaxed and thoughtfully guided, making it perfect for mothers, daughters, friends, and anyone who appreciates the quiet beauty of the season. All materials are provided, and each guest will leave with a box of handcrafted floral shortbread to enjoy or gift.
Please purchase one ticket for each attendee. Open to all ages, children under 12 accompanied by an adult.
