Join Tess Kelly in our kitchen for a three-course demonstration class, perfect for wintertime. Among other things you’ll learn to make Baked Parisian Gnocchi (so delicious). The technique starts by boiling pâte à choux in water, then layered with mornay sauce, gruyère, parmesan and sautéed arugula. This truly comforting and savory dish is one you’ll want to repeat over the winter and here will be accompanied by a winter salad and followed by Apple-Almond Tart.

Roasted Red & Golden Beet Salad with Watercress, Orange Slices, Shallots, Parsley and Thyme
Parisian Baked Gnocchi with Mornay Sauce, Gruyère, Parmesan and Sautéed Arugula
Apple-Almond Tarte
This demonstration class is limited to ten people and includes lunch.
