Millerton is the place to be this National Children’s Day! Join us for a day filled with fun, creativity, and sweet treats—all designed to celebrate the magic of childhood.

Start your day at The Moviehouse - 10:30 am

Doors open at 10:00 AM, and the movie starts at 10:30 AM—we’re screening The Iron Giant and tickets are completely free. First come, first served, so grab a seat and settle in for this heartwarming animated classic.

Get Creative at Veterans Park - 12:00 pm

From 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, NBT Bank is hosting a small house painting activity at Veterans Park. A fun, hands-on craft your kids will love—and they’ll get to take their masterpiece home!

Wrap up with a Sweet Treat - 1:00 PM

Join us at the Irondale Schoolhouse from 1:00 – 2:00 PM for an old-fashioned ice cream social. The perfect way to end the day—because what’s Children’s Day without ice cream?
